Flexibilty within the program is important as changing things up will keep the body guessing. Calories are not restricted, however, certain types of foods may be limited at specified times. A balance of carbohydrates, lean protein, and hidden dietary fat will re-shape your physique and improve its body composition.

The fat loss program is based on a six month commitment. After an initial assessment by an AGILE Fat Loss nutritional consultant, each client is provided a program directed at his/her fat loss goals. The program is monitored and may change as the client progresses. Once the target bodyweight is achieved, the program shifts to a stabilization phase and increasing energy levels may become a focus.

The muscle gain program is directed at building muscle size and strength. It is based on a six month commitment where after an initial assessment, the client is provided a program designed to achieve his/her goals. As the client progresses, the program changes until strength levels and the desired bodyweight is attained. At that point, the consultant at AGILE Fat Loss Agency shifts the focus of the program to toning and maintaining the new muscle.

The competitive athlete program is designed to have a client achieve a pre-determined bodyweight and/or composition on a pre-selected date. The AGILE Fat Loss Agency designs a program which may involve fat loss, muscle gain, sodium manipulation, water manipulation, carbohydrate loading/depletion, fat loading,etc. Bodybuilders, mixed-martial arts competitors, and various other athletes in sports that require weight divisions use this program to achieve peak physical condition at the optimum moment.

One-on-One/Group Personal Training


Exercise and physical training is a vital component to any successful physical transformation program. The professionally certified personal trainers at AGILE Fat Loss Agency have athletic backrounds and have enjoyed success in athletic endeavors during their lifetime. They take pride in serving as role models in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The trainers will design, instruct, motivate, and supervise each client through a personalized training routine that focuses on their individual goals. The workouts take into account each clients current fitness level, medical history, and experience. One can expect no two training sessions to be alike. Sessions may include plyometrics, resistance/strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, circuit training, and sport-specific exercises. The workouts switch from fast-twitch to slow-twitch fiber stimulation and will help each client blast through previous plateaus. Various training packages are available (see pricing), and the training sessions can be one-on-one or in a small group setting.
